Sr. Systems Administrator

Primary Responsibilities:
In this senior technical position, you will be responsible for:
- Designing, implementing and managing Microsoft infrastructure solutions
- Developing best practice policies and procedures
- Troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues
- Supporting customer hardware / software
- Developing and maintaining network diagrams and other documentation
- Providing technical leadership and direction to the Technical Services Level 1 team
- Working with the sales team to translate the customer’s needs into winning proposals
- Participate in after-hours “on call” rotation
